Position: Customer Service

Require smart young energetic girls for the position of Sales Assistants between the age group of 18 to 25 for our various outlets on CMH Road, Banaswadi, AECS layout and Sarjapura.

The candidates who can speak English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi will be given preference.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the outlets.

Exhibits quality customer service from greeting point through departure; ensuring that all aspects of a customers needs are met and that every customer has a positive experience.

Qualifications

SSLC or PUC preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail will be an added advantage.
Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner, including handling irate customers in a way that brings the interaction to a positive conclusion.
